SEEEDS is a registered non-profit organisation (Reg. No. R/Konnur/Book-4/136/2018) operating in India. We accept donations for charitable purposes in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are making a donation on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and made in good faith.
• Donations are used solely for the charitable objectives of SEEEDS.
• Donors may be eligible for 50% tax deduction under Section 133(1)(b)(ii), Income Tax Act 2025 (Certificate No. AAWTS4447FF20191).
• We reserve the right to decline any donation at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability
